I have created these online training programs so that, at any stage of your life or career you can be equipped with the tools you need to overcome the battle with stress, to silence the inner critic and to increase in self-confidence.

This 3 session training on mindfulness offers a research-based introduction to this proven tool – increasingly popular with leaders in workplaces around the world.
The ability to connect with the present moment has extensive benefits, such as reduced anxiety, increased focus and clarity around decision-making, to less anger and worry, increased gratitude and a greater general sense of wellbeing.
From CEO’s with great responsibility on their shoulders to those in high-stress roles or juggling parenting and a career, mindfulness is not just a tool, but a way of being that can improve all areas of your life. In this training, we will learn the processes that underlie mindfulness and explore scientific findings in order to give you a better, more complete understanding of mindfulness.
We will look at specific elements of mindfulness to study and practice, helping you develop habits and understanding during the course that, in time and with practice, will provide you with a lifetime of increasing benefits.
In this training, you will:
- Take a deep-dive into specific elements of mindfulness.
- Integrate information and practice

- Learn practices that aim to increase the integration of mindfulness into daily life.

Overcoming the inner critic
Reduce anxiety by overcoming the inner critic – Does a voice inside you tell you “you’re not good enough” when something good happens or an opportunity, promotion or praise is given to you?
That is the voice of your inner critic – also known as the ‘inner judge’ or, as Freud termed it, ‘super ego’. Your inner critic is a sub-personality that is formed in childhood, and may have been influenced by the messaging we received at home and/or by witnessing dysfunctional behaviour toward us or close family members.
As we grow up, we unconsciously take on this pattern of destructive thinking towards ourselves and others, often believing some of the negative or false messages it gives us, which can then greatly impact the direction of our lives. Listening to this voice in adulthood may sabotage success, relationships or stop you from trying new things and taking risks that are necessary steps on your journey to achieving your dreams and aspirations.
Learning to recognise and tame the inner critic is a powerful step in any self-development journey. I have developed this course to arm you with the tools you need to overcome the limitations of an active, loud and debilitating inner critic.
In this three-session course, we will explore:
- What is the inner critic and how can I recognise when I’m under attack?
- How can I defend myself from attack or befriend the attacker?
- The ultimate strategy; awareness

Leading with compassion and empathy through listening, collaboration and genuine care was once seen as a weakness – but now the world has seen the power of this style of leadership. Although the conversation is changing, we still have work to do as women to shake off our own limiting thoughts, behaviours and actions (unconscious and conscious) so we can step into leadership roles with strength, grace and confidence.
As a coach, one of the greatest joys and benefits of my work is being able to empower other women and support them to increase their confidence so they can step up as leaders. We need more empowered, emotionally aware female leaders who aren’t afraid to truly care for and value themselves and their teams while building and growing strong, profitable organisations.
In this 4-week online course, we look at the lengths we go to as women to fit in and maintain harmony and the detrimental effect it can have on us. We look at the potential of standing up and stepping up in our lives, and even making waves, and how to do it in a way that excites us and inspires us with plenty of support. We will also look at aspects of the female psyche that don’t often get to see the light of day and once exposed can free us up to live a more empowered life.
In this training we will cover:
Session One – The Mask
Learn how to recognise the ‘masks’ we wear as women and how to be unapologetically authentic in your leadership style.
Session Two – The Shadow
If the ‘shadow aspect’, or the inner self, of our psyche is always hidden, it can be detrimental. Learn how to embrace the shadow and access untapped potential.
Session Three – Our Gifts
We often focus on where we don’t quite measure up and are not quite perfect or good enough. Learn how to recognise and own your gifts and talents and get ready to shine.
Session Four – Wise Woman
It’s time to tap into your innate wisdom as a woman. Learn to become more clear on what this “sounds like” so you can listen to your gut instinct and learn to trust it more.
